Vivid Karats offers complimentary cleaning and polishing for your gold jewellery. Customers are responsible for the cost of delivery to and from our designated service location.

Depending on the karat, design and finish of your piece, suitable cleaning methods will be selected to care for your jewellery appropriately. Where necessary and suitable, gentle polishing may help reduce the appearance of fine surface scratches and refresh its finish.

As polishing removes a small amount of gold, it should be undertaken sparingly to preserve the weight, details and integrity of your piece.

Your jewellery deserves attention whenever a component becomes loose, weakened or damaged. We encourage you to contact Vivid Karats promptly if you notice a damaged clasp, a weakened chain link, a loose setting or any other sign of wear that may affect the security or integrity of your piece.

Our team will assess the jewellery and advise on the appropriate repair or restoration required. Depending on the nature of the damage, this may include repairing chain links, addressing clasp issues or assessing the security of gemstone settings.

Where additional work is required, the recommended service, applicable costs and estimated turnaround time will be communicated to you for approval before any repair proceeds.
