We deliver across Lagos and Nigeria, and to the UK, US, Canada and beyond. We confirm delivery options and timing for your location before you pay.
Delivery and returns in fullReturns and care in transit
If a piece is damaged in transit, we repair it or refund the damaged component within a reasonable time frame.
If you need to return a piece, please send it back immediately. We resell it and pay you once it sells, at the rate at that time. Otherwise, we are unable to offer refunds.
Please note that Vivid Karats does not buy back used gold.
What your price includes
The price is the stated weight multiplied by our current gold rate for its purity. Every gold order arrives in our signature jewellery box and branded paper bag.
Delivery is quoted separately for your address. Any personalisation or other additional charges are communicated and confirmed before you pay.
