Delivery and returns in full

Returns and care in transit

If a piece is damaged in transit, we repair it or refund the damaged component within a reasonable time frame.

If you need to return a piece, please send it back immediately. We resell it and pay you once it sells, at the rate at that time. Otherwise, we are unable to offer refunds.

Please note that Vivid Karats does not buy back used gold.

The price is the weight multiplied by our gold rate per gram for its karat, and covers the finished piece. Every gold order arrives in our signature jewellery box and branded paper bag.
